家禽胚胎性别鉴定方法研究进展

摘要

In the production of poultry,more female chick are needed to the egg laying poultry when incubating while more male chick are needed to the meat poultry. What's more,the treatment of male chick spends much in the egg laying poultry. Not only the cost of incubation, but also the costs of the treatment to waste chick can be saved if the sex of the early embryo can be identified earlier when incubating. Several methods of sex identification of poultry's embryo are introduced in this paper,so as to supply reference for the research in this aspect.%在家禽生产中,孵化时蛋用禽希望雌性雏较多,而肉用禽却希望雄性雏较多,且在蛋用禽中,雄性雏的处理也需要花费很大的资金.因此在孵化时,如果可以尽早的鉴别出胚蛋的性别,不仅可以节约孵化时的花费,更可以节约废雏的处理费用.作者主要介绍了几种家禽早期胚胎性别鉴定的方法,以期为国内此方面的研究提供借鉴.
