药典方剂生肌散的安全性评价

摘要

为了考察生肌散在临床使用中的安全性,试验通过单次及连续多次在豚鼠背部皮肤涂抹生肌散,观察生肌散对动物皮肤的刺激作用;通过连续4周在大鼠背部皮肤涂抹生肌散,观察生肌散反复多次长期使用对机体产生的亚慢性毒性作用.结果表明局部外用生肌散对皮肤刺激小,没有亚慢性毒性,在临床上可以推广使用.%In order to evaluate the clinical safety, Shengji powder was daubed on the back of Guinea pig to observe the irritant action by single test and continuous 7 d test.The subchronic toxicity was observed though being daubed on the back of wistar rats for continuous 4 weeks.The results showed that Shengji powder had a little irritant action and no subchronic toxicity.Therefore, it can be used extensively in clinic.
