To explore the dose distribution form and dose correlation of traditional Chinese medicine prescription, this paper uses the computer model based on fuzzy mathematics to study the compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine. K-means algorithm is used to cluster the drugs, and then the fuzzy clustering analysis is adopted to mine the dose effect association rules. Finally, the combination method of data mining and fuzzy clustering is used to analyze the compatibility of a traditional Chinese medicine prescription. The results show that the dose effect association analysis of traditional Chinese medicine proposed in this paper is in line with the basic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and the knowledge mined has a high accuracy, which can realize the reasonable division of traditional Chinese medicine dosage.
