小鼠卵巢颗粒细胞的优化培养

The purpose of granulosa cells in mice to find a suitable environment for the growth in vitro.Respectively, separated by experimental mouse ovarian granulosa cells after serum RMPI1640, with 10％ serum RMPI1640, serum DMEM (high glucose) , with 10％ serum DMEM (high glucose) and containing 15％ serum DMEM (high glucose) cultured in this study.The results showed that DMEM (high glucose) culture was generally better than RMPI1640, and containing 15％ serum DMEM (high glucose) was an ideal medium.%为了找到小鼠卵巢颗粒细胞更加合适的体外生长环境,本研究分别向分离的小鼠卵巢颗粒细胞中加入无血清RM-PI1640、含10%血清RMPI1640、无血清DMEM(高糖)、含10%血清DMEM(高糖)及含15%血清DMEM(高糖)的培养液对小鼠卵巢颗粒细胞进行体外培养.试验经观察结果显示,DMEM(高糖)总体培养效果好于RMPI1640,且含15%血清的DMEM(高糖)是较理想的培养用液.
