中国历史文化名城保护形势、问题及对策

摘要

中国历史文化名城保护制度已经建立30年，取得了保护法律法规体系完善、具有中国特色的保护理论体系和技术标准形成、文化遗产保护工作与国际接轨等十个方面的成绩，但也面临决策者对名城保护工作不重视等六个方面问题和挑战，提出改进名城保护工作的七个方面的建议。%The protection system for the historical and cultural cities in China has been established for 30 years and the achievements have been realized in ten aspects, namely, perfection of the protective laws and regulations, formation of the theoretical system and technical standards with Chinese characteristics and integration of the cultural relics protection work with the world trend; however, there are also 6 aspects of problems and challenges caused by the indifference of the decision-makers to the ancient city protection work and thus 7 suggestions concerning ancient city protection are proposed.
