现代主义城市建设浪潮席卷全球，中国大多数城市经历了或正在经历利用“西方城市营造法式”进行的改造，生活环境的确得到极大改善，但如何在物理空间和心理空间之间找到连接的桥梁成为新时代社区规划的重点和难点。通过历史上东西方居住空间的差异对比，从社会学角度尝试分析生活方式、人际交往的分形特征差异，进而根据东方的居住分形特征提出社区改革图景。%Modernistic city construction is sweeping over the whole world. Most of the Chinese cities have experienced or is experiencing the transformation which was conducted by use of“western cities’ methods of construction”. The living environment has improved significantly; however, how to find a connecting between physical space and mental space is becoming the emphasis and dificulty of community planning in the new era. By comparing the differences between the eastern and western living spaces, this article tried to analyze differences of fractal characteristics in living style and interpersonal communication from the perspective of sociology, and then put forward the prospect of community reform according to the living fractal characteristics in the east.
