论高校基层党组织维护校园安全稳定的政治责任

摘要

维护校园安全稳定是高校基层党组织的重要政治责任。目前,该项工作存在任务繁重与工作薄弱,校园管理的局限性与安全稳定的广泛性,维稳资源的有限性与不安全不稳定因素多样性等矛盾。做好校园安全稳定工作必须建立信息预警机制、矛盾隐患排查化解机制、快速应急反应机制、情绪疏解和舆论引导机制。%To maintain the campus safety is an important political responsibility for the college Party organizations.At present,there are many contradictions in the safety maintenance between the arduousness and weak links in the task,the boundedness of campus management and the extensiveness of the social order stabilization,and the limitation of stabilization resources and the complications of multiple unsafe and unstable elements.To complete the stabilization task,we should set up an information pre-warning system,a latent danger and dispute scanning and solution system,a rapid emergency response system,and a sentimental consoling and public opinion guiding system.
