高校创建专家工作站服务城乡统筹发展的思考——以南京农业大学为例

摘要

专家工作站这种高校产学研合作新模式,可以实现农业技术的有效转化,培养科技创新与推广实用人才,较好地解决＂三农＂问题,服务城乡统筹一体化发展。南京农业大学专家工作站的实践经验表明,为保证专家工作站的健康运行,高校应加强相关领导,加快成果转化;完善农业推广服务体制;因地制宜,分类推进;加大政策扶持力度,设置长期专项基金。%This paper elaborates the necessity for universities to establish expert workstations,a new mode of ＂production,teaching and research cooperation＂,for the purpose of more effective extension of agricultural technology,the training of more practical talents of agri-science innovation and extension,the better solution of ＂agriculture,villages and farmers＂ issues,and the more coordinated service in urban-rural areas.The remarkable achievement of NAU Expert Stations shows that for the healthy operation of the stations,the university administration should strengthen the leadership of the stations,speed up the research achievement transformation,perfect agricultural technology extension service system,adopt measures suiting local conditions and with classifications,enhancing policy support,and set up long-term special fund.
