PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test creation server, a result document creation server, exercise problem collection creation server, and a problem maintenance server that support an effective review by grasping degrees of learning by learning contents in detail, and create a collection of exercise problems optimized according to the degrees of learning by the learning contents etc.SOLUTION: Learning contents are segmented into small units, problems are all registered in a database, classified by the small units, and given difficulties, and academic abilities of students are segmented into small units and measured to record progresses of the academic abilities as histories and also to record results of solution of the problems as histories. A cramming school server 102 has the functions of: creating academic ability grasping tests for grasping the academic abilities of the students by the small units; creating result documents clearly indicating the academic abilities of the students based upon results of the academic ability grasping tests; creating a collection of exercise problems for improving the academic abilities of the students based upon the result documents; and verifying the difficulties of the problems classified by the small units and difficulties based upon answer histories, and updating the difficulties at need.
