The essential oils of 10 kinds of bamboo leaves, i. e. , P. amarus ( Keng) Keng f. , P. amarus ( Keng) Keng f. var. hangzhouensis S. L. Chen et S. Y. Chen P. simonii ( Carr. ) Nakai, P. maculatus ( McClure) C. D. Chu et C. S. Chao, P. yixingensis S. L. Chen et S. Y. Chen, P. altiligulatus S. L. Chen et S. Y. Chen, P. amarus ( Keng ) Keng f. var. pendulifolius S. Y. P. juxianensis Wen, C. Y. Yao et S. Y. Chen, P. maculosoides Wen, and Chen, P. solidus S. Y. Chen, in Pleioblastus Nakai, were extracted by steam distillation method. The chemical compositions of essential oils were analyzed and compared by GC/MS. 195 volatile components were identified. Among them, aldehydes had the highest relative contents, followed by ketones, alcohols, esters and phenols. There were 17 kinds of common compounds in 10 bamboo essential oils, and their relative contents were relatively high. To some extent, 17 common compounds might represent the main volatile components of the bamboo leaves of Pleioblastus Nakai.%采用水蒸气蒸馏法,从苦竹、杭州苦竹、川竹、斑苦竹、宜兴苦竹、高舌苦竹、垂枝苦竹、衢县苦竹、丽水苦竹及实心苦竹等10种苦竹属竹叶中提取挥发油,并用气相色谱/质谱联用( GC/MS)技术检测了挥发油的化学成分。从10种竹叶挥发油中共鉴定出195种挥发性成分,其中醛类化合物GC含量最高,其次为酮类、醇类、酯类和酚类化合物。10种竹叶挥发油含相同成分17种,GC含量均较高,在一定程度上代表了苦竹属竹叶的主要挥发性成分。
