Eucommia ulmoides gum was extracted by high-temperature cooking combined with solvent extraction method from Eucommia ulmoides leaves. And the extraction conditions were optimized by single factor experiment. The results showed that,firstly,the cellulose and lignin substances of leaves were decomposed by cooking for 4 h at 150℃ adding 9% of sodium hydroxide,then the extraction by ethanol and petroleum ether were conducted in sequence. The extraction rate of Eucommia ulmoides gum was 2. 96% and its purity was 86. 61%. This method can reduce the consumption of solvent and the pollution of environment.%采用高温蒸煮结合溶剂提取法提取杜仲叶中杜仲胶,并通过单因素实验对提取工艺条件进行了优化.结果表明,首先在150℃加入9%的NaOH高温蒸煮4h,使杜仲叶中的纤维素、木质素等物质分解;再依次用乙醇、石油醚提取,杜仲胶提取率为2,96%、纯度为86.61%.此方法可降低溶剂用量、减少环境污染.
