The functions and extraction process of polyphenols from pomegranate seeds were summarized. This paper was supposed to provide references to the study and utilization of pomegranate seeds produced in the process of press.%概述了石榴籽多酚类物质的功能及其提取工艺。以期为石榴压榨过程中产生的石榴籽的研究利用提供参考。
