清蛋白维生素C片的安全性毒理学评价

     

摘要

According to the Technical Standards for Testing and Assessment of Health Food(2003) by Healthy Ministry ,we evaluated the safety and toxicology of Albumin Vitamin C Tablets by mice acute toxicity test ,mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test ,mice sperm abnormality test ,Salmonella typhimurium/mammals microsomal enzyme test(Ames test) ,and 30 days feeding test in rats .The results indicated that the mice maxi-mum tolerated dose of Albumin Vitamin C Tablets was more than 20 g · (kg BW)-1 ,so the sample fell into the scale of non-toxicity .T he results of mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test ,mice sperm abnormality test ,and Ames test were all negative .The results of 30 days feeding test showed that the rats of each dose group (1 .5 g · kg -1 ,3 .0 g · kg -1 ,6 .0 g · kg -1 ) were well alive ,food intake and weight gain continued to increase ,and all or-gans absolute weights and blood values were at a normal level ,without any abnormalities by detection .There-fore ,we can determine the Albumin Vitamin C Tablets have good food safety.%根据我国卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版),通过小鼠急性毒理学试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、鼠伤寒沙门菌/哺乳动物微粒体酶试验(Ames试验)、大鼠30 d喂养试验对清蛋白维生素C片的安全性毒理学进行评价.结果表明,清蛋白维生素C片的小鼠无毒,急性经口最大耐受剂量大于20 g·(kg BW)-1;清蛋白维生素C片的小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和Ames试验的结果均为阴性;1.5g·kg-1、3.0g·kg-1、6.0g·kg-1剂量组大鼠喂养30d的生长状况良好,摄食量和体重不断增加,各个脏器绝对重量和血液值都处于正常水平,无任何异常情况.可以判定清蛋白维生素C片具有较好的食用安全性.
