侧链长度对苯磺酸型侧链聚砜质子交换膜稳定性的影响

         

摘要

We synthesized two kinds of benzene sulfonic acid type side chain sulfonated polysulfone 2PS-BS and 4PS-BS with different side chain lengths by post-sulfonation,and characterized their structures by IR and 1 HNMR.We prepared the corresponding proton exchange membranes(PEMs),and investigated the effects of side chain length on thermal stability and dimensional stability of two kinds of PEMs.The results showed that the PEMs exhibited similar ion exchange capacity,excellent thermal stability (no decomposition below 240 ℃, and dimensional stability(the swelling rate of 2PS-BS-4 and 4PS-BS-4 were only 8.2% and 7.1% ).Along with the increase of side chain length at the same temperature,dimensional stability of the PEMs increased.%采用后磺化的方法合成了2种侧链长度不同的苯磺酸型侧链磺化聚砜2PS-BS和4PS-BS,用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征了他们的结构,并制备相应的质子交换膜(PEM),研究了侧链长度对2种PEM热稳定性和尺寸稳定性的影响.结果表明:2种PEM具有相似的离子交换容量,表现出较好的耐热性(240℃下不分解)和尺寸稳定性(2PS-BS-4和4PS-BS-4膜的室温溶胀率仅为8.2%和7.1%),在相同的温度下,随着侧链长度的增加,尺寸稳定性增强.
