超声辅助改性甲壳素对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附性能

     

摘要

Using chitin as a raw material,we prepared chitin adsorbent by ultrasonic-assisted modification method.We investigated the effect of ultrasonic time on surface morphology of chitin by SEM,FTIR,and XRD.Moreover,we explored the adsorption property of modified chitin for methylene blue in water.The results indicated that,with the increase of ultrasound time,the surface morphology of the modified chitin was changed from smooth,imporous to rough,irregular and order channel,meanwhile the crystallinity decreased.The adsorption process of modified chitin for methylene blue in water accorded with Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm models,and its adsorption kinetics was fitted to pseudo-second order kinetics equation.Compared with unmodified chitin,the adsorption rate of modified chitin increased,and the maximum adsorption capacity increased 224 %.%以甲壳素为原料,采用超声辅助改性的方法制备了甲壳素吸附剂,通过SEM、FTIR和XRD等手段研究了超声时间对甲壳素表面形貌的影响,探究了改性甲壳素对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.结果表明,随着超声时间的延长,甲壳素表面由光滑无孔逐渐变为粗糙、无规则孔道和规则孔道,同时结晶度逐渐变差,超声时间为8h时结晶度最差;改性甲壳素对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附过程符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温模型,吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程;与未改性甲壳素相比,改性甲壳素对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附速率明显加快,最大吸附量提高了224%.
