哌啶衍生物对碳钢在盐酸溶液中的缓蚀作用

     

摘要

Using hydrochloric acid solution to simulate a corrosive environment,the corrosion inhibition effect of piperidine derivatives C18H28N2-2(CnH2n+1)·2Cl(n was the carbon numbers of hydrophobic alkyl chain) on carbon steel Q235 was studied by a static weight-loss method.Results showed that,the piperidine derivatives were high-efficient corrosion inhibitors,and their inhibition rate decreased with the increasing of temperature and decreasing of concentration.The adsorption of the piperidine derivatives on carbon steel Q235 in hydrochloric acid solution accorded with Langmuir isothermal model.The analysis of thermodynamics and kinetics of corrosion showed that,the adsorption behavior of the piperdine derivatives on carbon steel Q235 was mainly chemical adsorption,and the adsorption process was an exothermic process.Adding the piperidine derivatives into hydrochloric acid solution simulated corrosive environment could greatly increase the apparent activation energy of corrosion reaction,increase the reaction barrier,and inhibit corrosion reaction.%以盐酸溶液模拟腐蚀环境,采用静态失重法研究了哌啶衍生物C18H28N2-2(CnH2n+1)·2Cl(n为疏水链碳原子数)对Q235碳钢的缓蚀作用.结果表明,该类哌啶衍生物是一种高效的缓蚀剂,其缓蚀率随温度的升高而降低、随浓度的升高而升高;该类哌啶衍生物在盐酸溶液中对Q235碳钢的吸附符合Langmuir等温模型;腐蚀热力学和动力学分析表明,该类哌啶衍生物在Q235碳钢表面的吸附行为以化学吸附为主,其吸附过程为放热过程;在盐酸溶液模拟腐蚀环境中加入该类哌淀衍生物能大大提高腐蚀反应的表观活化能,增加反应势垒,抑制腐蚀反应,从而达到缓蚀效果.
