采用失重法对由粒度为60目以上,提取剂为1％ ～5％的盐酸,液固比为8∶1,提取温度为60～ 80℃,提取时间为2～4h条件下得到的麻疯树饼粕提取液,在10％和1 mol/L盐酸溶液中对碳钢和铝的缓蚀作用进行了研究.结果表明,在30℃条件下,单独使用本提取液,加入量为10％时,对碳钢和铝的缓蚀率可达到92％和96％;与乌洛托品和苯并三氮唑复配后加入量为1％时,对碳钢和铝的缓蚀率能达到85％和90％以上.%The extractives(JSME) had been made from Jatropha curcas L.seed meal and its preparation conditions were as follows:particle size was more than 60 mesh,extracting agent was 1％ ～ 5％ hydrochloric acid,liquid-solid ratio was 8 ∶ 1,extraction temperature was 60 ～ 80 ℃ and extraction time was 2 ～4 h.The inhibition efficiency of JSME on carbon steel and aluminum in 10％ and 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution were studied by the method of weight-loss.Results showed that the inhibition efficiency of JSME on carbon steel and aluminum was 92％ and 96％ under the condition of 30 ℃,when JSME was used separately with the amount of 10％ and its inhibition efficiency on carbon steel and aluminum will increased to 85％ and 90％ with the amount of 1％ when compounded with hexamethylene triamine and 1,2,3-bengotriazle.
