Using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as a silica source,cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as a structure-directing agent,Brij-56 as a cosurfactant,we successfully synthesized amphiphilic mesoporous silica nanoparticles,of which the structures were characterized by XRD,FTIR,TEM,and SEM.Using the synthesized silica nanoparticles as emulsifiers to stabilize Pickering emulsion,we prepared oil-in-water microcapsules by self-assembly.Results indicated that,there were a large number of pore-like structures on the surface of amphiphilic mesoporous silica nanoparticles with the uniform size of average diameter 100~110 nm.The self-assembled microcapsules had a certain stability with the diameter of 100~500 μm.%以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为硅源、溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAB)为结构导向剂、Brij-56为助表面活性剂,成功合成了一种两亲性介孔二氧化硅颗粒,通过XRD、FTIR、TEM、SEM对其结构进行了表征,并以其为乳化剂稳定皮克林乳液自组装得到水包油型微胶囊.结果表明,该两亲性介孔二氧化硅颗粒表面具有大量的孔道样结构,大小较为均一,平均直径约100~110 nm;自组装微胶囊具有一定的稳定性,直径约100~500 μm.
