电喷雾质谱在金属配合物研究中的应用

摘要

综述了电喷雾质谱（ES I-M S ）在金属配合物分析中的应用，详细介绍了电喷雾质谱在测定金属配合物的分子量、表征金属配合物的结构、分析金属离子与配体的相互作用及相关机理等方面的研究进展。%The application of electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) in analysis of metal complex is reviewed .Particularly ,research progress is highlighted about the use of ESI-MS in determination of molecular weight and characterization of molecular structure of metal complexes ,as well as analysis of interaction between metal ion and ligand and relevant action mechanism .
