二烯丙基双酚 A 合成工艺的优化

     

摘要

The orthogonal experiment method was used to study the diene propyl bisphenol A (DABPA)Claisen rearrangement to optimize process conditions,as well as the influence on DABPA purity and viscosity,and at the same time to explore the influence factors of DABPA viscosity.Experimental results showed that the optimized condition were the temperature of 220-230 ℃,and reaction time of 2 h,vacuum time of 30 minute.The purity of as-obtained product was up to 86.33%,and the viscosity was 1 300 mPa·s.%利用正交实验法研究了二烯丙基双酚 A(DABPA)Claisen 重排时进行工艺优化的条件,以及对 DABPA纯度和粘度的影响,同时探讨的 DABPA 粘度的影响因素.实验结果表明,在220~230℃,反应2 h,抽真空30 min DABPA 产品纯度最高,可达86.33%,粘度为1300 mPa·s.
