采用固相反应法制备 (Ba0.85Ca0.15-xPbx) (Zr0.1Ti0.9) O (3) (x=0.00;0.06;0.09;0.12;0.15) 压电陶瓷材料, 研究PbO掺杂量对BCZT陶瓷结构和电学性能的影响.结果表明:PbO掺杂不会改变BCZT陶瓷的相结构, 但可降低BCZT陶瓷的烧结温度至1250℃.此外, PbO掺杂可提高BCZT陶瓷的居里温度和介电常数温度稳定性, 当掺杂量为0.15%时, 陶瓷的居里温度为135℃, 介电常数变化率在-15%~+15%之间波动, 剩余极化强度Pr=4.13μC·cm2, 压电常数d33=445 pC/N.%The (Ba0.85Ca0.15-xPbx) (Zr0.1Ti0.9) O (3) (x=0.00;0.06;0.09;0.12;0.15) ceramics were prepared by the solid-state reaction technique.The structure and electrical properties were investigated in detail.The results suggest that the introduction of PbO on BCZT ceramics has no influence on the phase structure, but could decrease the sintering temperature to 1250℃.According to the results of electrical properties, the Curie temperature and dielectric temperature characteristic have been substantial improvement.When the doping content reaches 15%, the samples have displayed excellent values, and the results are separately as: Tc=130 (o) C, Δε/ε=-15%~+15%, Pr=4.13μC·cm2, d33=445 pC/N.
