微波消解-超声辅助萃取-ICP-AES测定沉积物中的10种金属元素

         

摘要

Microwave digestion only using HC1 and HNO3 associated with an ultrasonic-assisted leaching step was used for the pre-treatment of sediments. Then ten metal elements in the samples were simultaneously determined by ICP-AES. Under the optimum experimental conditions,the measured values were in good agreement with the certified values. The relative standard deviations were generally less than 5% and the average recoveries were in the range of 92. 2% - 106%.%采用微波消解-超声辅助萃取体系,仅需用盐酸和硝酸对沉积物样品进行前处理,即可用ICP-AES测定沉积物样品中的10种金属元素.在最优化的实验条件下,测定值与参考值吻合,相对标准偏差均小于5%,加标回收率在92.2%~106%之间.
