新型三维金属-有机骨架Er2(HO-bdc)2(m-bdc)(phen)·3H2O的水热合成及晶体结构

         

摘要

以5-羟基间苯二甲酸(HO-H2bdc)、5-甲基间苯二甲酸(m-H2bdc)和1,10-菲啰啉(phen)为配体,在水热条件下合成了饵金属-有机骨架[ Er2 (HO-bdc)2(m-bdc) (phen)]·3H2O.通过X-射线单晶衍射仪测定其晶体结构,结果表明该化合物包含一个三维[ Er2 (HO-bdc)2(m-bdc) (phen)]框架,而结晶水分子位于其中.该化合物中丰富的氢键作用和1,10-菲 啰啉芳香环之间的π-π堆积作用进一步稳固了其三维结构.%A novel erbium based metal-organic framework,[ Er2 ( HO-bdc )2 (m-bdc) ( phen ) ]· 3H2O,was obtained by hydrothermal method from 5-hydroxy-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid ( HO-H2bdc ),5-methyl-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid ( m-H2bdc ),1,10-phenanthroline(phen) and erbium(Ⅲ) salt.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that the title compound is composed of 3-D framework of[ Er2(HO-bdc) 2(m-bdc) (phen) ],in which three lattice water molecules are situated.The rich hydrogen bonding interactions together with aromatic π-π interactions of phen rings and coordinate-covalent interactions between metal ions and organic ligands strengthen the stability of the three-dimensional erbium-based metal-organic framework.
