含八核水簇的二维超分子配合物Fe(phen)3(tiron)·4H2O的合成及其晶体结构

     

摘要

A new supramolecular complex [ Fe ( phen) 3 ] (tiron) · 4H2 0 has been synthesized by reaction of tiron and phen with ferric nitrate and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR. Crystal structural analysis reveals that the complex is triclinic system, space group P-l with the cell parameters: a = 12. 8789 (12) A, b = 13. 3808 ( 13 ) A, c = 14. 859(2) A,a= 104. 558(2)°,0=100. 780(2)°,y=107. 5760(10)°, V=2264. 8(5) A3 ,Z = 2. The extensive hydrogen bonding and it-it packing interactions make the organic components and the lattice water molecules into a two-dimensional network in the crystal syructure of the title complex, where the lattice water molecules are linked into octal water-clusters through the hydrogen-bond interaction.%用钛铁试剂(Na2tiron)、邻菲罗啉和硝酸铁反应合成了一种超分子配合物[Fe( phen)3] (tiron)·4H2O.利用元素分析、红外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射分析进行了表征.晶体结构分析表明,配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=12.8789( 12)(A),b=13.3808( 13)(A),c=14.859(2)(A),α=104.558(2)°,β=100.780(2)°,γ=107.5760(10)°,V=2264.8(5)(A)3,Z=2.配合物晶体结构中,有机基团和结晶水通过氢键和π-π堆积作用扩展为二维超分子体系,其中结晶水通过氢键作用形成八核簇.
