纳米片LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料的制备与研究

         

摘要

Nanosheet-structured LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2(LNCM)cathode material,which is assembled out of thin 2D-nanopetals with little intralayer disordering,was successfully prepared via a hydroxide co-precipitation and annealing method. The unique morpholo-gy can facilitate fast Li-ion diffusion. It naturally exhibits better rate performances than the commercial LNCM cathode materials,il-lustrated by the fact that a higher discharge capacity about 85. 5 mAh·g-1 at 10 C and an enormous potential of energy storage ap-proximately 310. 2 Wh·kg-1 in the voltage range of 3. 0~4. 6 V.%采用氢氧化物共沉淀-高温煅烧方法成功制备出具有较低阳离子混排的纳米片 LiNi1/3 Co1/3 Mn1/3 O2( LNCM)正极材料。这种纳米片有利于锂离子的扩散。所以纳米片 LNCM 正极材料表现出了比商业化LNCM材料更加优异的倍率性能:在3.0~4.6 V下,10 C首次放电容量可达85.5 mAh·g-1,能量密度可达310.2 Wh·kg-1。
