为了抑制金属表面的催化结焦,本文系统研究了预氧化处理对316L不锈钢表面元素迁移、相组成和微观结构的影响,并通过环己烷常压高温裂解实验探讨了预氧化处理对表面结焦的影响。实验结果表明,随着氧化温度的升高,金属基体中元素迁移加剧,金属表面Mn、Cr元素含量逐渐增加,Fe、Ni元素含量逐渐减少,金属表面的颗粒逐渐长大,氧化温度为900℃时,金属表面形成一层厚度约为2.5μm的致密氧化膜;随着氧化温度的升高,金属表面结焦量逐渐降低,丝状焦炭逐渐减少,900℃氧化后的试样表面几乎没有丝状焦碳生成,焦炭的石墨化程度较低,结焦抑制率达到78%。%In order to inhibit the coke formation on the metal surface,the pre-oxidized treatmentof 316L stainless steel was systemi-cally investigated to make clear its effect on the elemental migration,phase composition and micro-structure. Thermal creaking of cy-clohexane was carried out at constant pressure to study the effect of pre-oxidized treatment on the surface coking. It was indicated that small granules on the metal surfaces graduallygrewlarger with the heating temperature increasing,and the amount of Mn,Cr on the metal surface gradually increased,while the content of Fe,Ni changed in the opposite direction. When the temperature increased to 900℃,a dense oxide film which was about 2. 5μmformed on the metal surface. As the oxidation temperature increased,the a-mount of surface coking and filamentous coke decreased. For the oxidized sample at 900℃,there was no filamentous coke on the sample surface with low graphitization degree,and the anti-coking ratio of the oxidized sample reached 78%.
