分子量对聚氨酯创伤敷料静电纺纤维膜性能的影响

         

摘要

To investigate the minimum molecular weight of PU fiber fabricated by electrospinning in wound dressing application, three relatively low molecular weights(10k,50k,70k)PU fibers were prepared by electrospinning. The results showed that the spin-nability of polyurethane increased with the increasing of molecular weight. The more the molecular weight of polyurethane was,the closer entanglement of fiber was,the more uniform distribution was,and the better fiber morphology was. When the molecular weight of PU reached 70,000 and the electrospinning concentration was 18wt%,the electrospun fiber film had excellent mechanical prop-erties,suitable fiber diameter and pore structure,excellent WVTR and good cell compatibility. It could be seen that when the PU wound dressing film was prepared by the electrospinning technique,the minimum requirement for the molecular weight of PU was 70,000.%为了研究可应用于创伤敷料的聚氨酯(PU)电纺纤维的最小分子量,本文使用静电纺丝技术制备了三种较低分子量(10k,50k,70k)的PU纤维膜.结果表明,PU的可纺性随着分子量的增加而增加.PU的分子量越大,纤维的缠结越紧密,分布越均匀,纤维形态越好.当PU的分子量达到70k,纺丝液浓度为18wt%时,电纺纤维膜具有优异的机械性能、良好的透湿性吸液能力和优良的细胞的相容性.可以看出,当通过静电纺丝技术制备PU创伤敷料膜时,PU分子量的最低要求为70,000.
