丙烯酸硅烷树脂的ATRP法制备及性能研究

     

摘要

本文利用原子转移自由基聚合方法,以2-溴代异丁酰溴为引发剂,溴化亚铜与联二吡啶为催化体系,以丙烯酸三异丙基硅烷酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2-甲氧基乙基丙烯酸酯为单体进行了共聚反应,得到了分子量分布在1.5左右的丙烯酸硅烷无规共聚树脂.研究结果表明,当反应温度为85~90℃时,[CuBr]/[bpy]/[BiBB]/[Monomer]比例为1:2:1:700时,丙烯酸硅烷树脂聚合的反应可控性较好;由于丙烯酸硅烷树脂的水解作用,硅藻小新月菱形藻在涂膜表面整体粘附较少.%The silyl acrylate copolymers were synthesised with tri(isopropyl)silyll acrylate,methyl methacrylate,and ethyleneglycol monomethyl ether acrylate as monomers,2-bromoisobutyryl bromide as initiator,cuprous bromide and bipyridyl bromide as catalyst system by atom transfer active polymerization. The molecular weight distribution of obtained silyl acrylate copolymers was approxi-mately 1. 5. The amount of ditom Nitzschia closterium f. minutissima adhered to the surface is less copmpared to the blank glass due to the hydrolysis of the polymers,which shows it is a promising polymer for antifouling application.
