嘧啶双酰肼类化合物的合成及杀菌活性

摘要

Based on 2-cyanoacetamide as raw material,novel diacylhydrazine derivatives containing pyrimidine pharmacophore were designed and synthesized through several step reactions including condensation,cyclization,hydrolysis,esterification,and hydrazida-tion. The structures of these compounds were characterized by IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR,MS and elemental analysis. Preliminary bio-assay results showed that the target compounds had relatively fungicidalactivity.%以氰基乙酰胺为原料,经过缩合、环化、水解、酯化、肼解、酰化等步骤,设计合成了一系列新型嘧啶双酰肼类化合物.通过IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR,MS和元素分析进行确证其结构.对该类化合物的杀菌活性初步测试结果表明目标产物具有一定的杀菌活性.
