酶生物传感器因其快速便捷、高灵敏度、微型化等优势在农药检测领域有着重要应用.本文介绍了食品中农残检测使用的各种类酶生物传感器分类、酶的固定技术,比较了电化学型酶生物传感器、光学型及压电型酶生物传感器的应用领域、检测限和优缺点.%Enzymatic biosensors were widely used in pesticide testing for its fast,convenient and sensitivity, miniaturization and other advantages.The classification and immobilization technology were introduced, the application area and advantages of the electrochemical type, optical type and piezoelectric type enzymatic biosensors were also compared.
