燃料电池PtRu/C催化剂CO容限能力的表征

         

摘要

采用反胶束法制备了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)用PtRu/C催化剂.反胶束体系由水相、环己烷、表面活性剂SBS和正辛醇组成,体系中n(水)(表面活性剂)为7,m(表面活性剂)/m(环己烷)为0.115,还原剂为KHB4溶液.在PEMFC连续运行条件下对所制备的催化剂性能进行考察.分别以纯氢和含不同浓度CO的氢气为燃料气,测试PEMFC的V-t曲线和I-V特性,以此来评价电催化剂的活性、稳定性和对CO的容限能力.试验结果与Johnson Matthey公司的同类产品进行了比较.%Pt-Ru/C elecrtrocataylsts for PEMFC was prepared using reverse micelles method. The reverse micelles system was composed of water, cyclohexane, surfactant SBS and n-octanol, the molar ratio of H2O to SBS and the mass ratio of SBS to cyclohexane were chosen as 7 and 0. 115,respectively, and KBH4 solution was used as reductant. The performance of Pt-Ru/C catalysts were investigated under a continue runing condition of a single PTMFC. The electrocatalytic activity, stability and CO tolerant ability of catalysts were evaluated by V-t curves and I-V chariticristics of PEMFC. The results were compared with the commercial Pt-Ru/C catalyst(JM Corporation).
