甲醇装置第1变换炉压差上升过快原因分析及处理

摘要

针对甲醇装置变换系统第1变换炉压差上升过快的原因进行分析，并采取设备拆检、催化剂卸出无氧过筛等方法进行处理，取得了较好的效果。第1变换炉压差上升过快的根本原因是煤气过滤器中的保护剂失效后未能及时更换，导致灰尘被带入变换炉，建议每年更换1次保护剂。%An analysis is carried out in connection with problem of quick rising of pressure difference in the first shift converter of methanol unit , and measures are taken to deal with , such as equipment overhaul , unload catalyst for oxygen free sifting and so on , and better results are obtained . The primary cause for quick rising of pressure difference in the first shift converter is that after the protectant in coal-gas filter lost its efficacy , it is not replaced promptly , causing dust to be brought to the converter , and it is suggested that the protectant to be replaced every year .
