化工设备机械密封性能评价的研究

摘要

All the reliability,leakage rate, economy, safety/inspection and difficulty/easiness degrees were the main factors for comprehensively evaluating the mechanical seal state of the chemical equipment. On this basis, the mathematic model was established for comprehensively evaluating mechanical seal; a kind of method was suggested to comprehensively evaluate the mechanical seal state through establishing ballot network investigation system by ASP network technology.%可靠度、泄漏率、经济性以及安检难易程度是综合评价化工设备机械密封状况的主要因素。基于此，建立了机械密封综合评价的数学模型；提出了1种通过ASP网络技术而建立的网络投票调查系统来综合评判机械密封状况的方法。
