脱碳系统问题分析及整改措施

摘要

分析了脱碳系统存在的再生塔洗涤段水中的总碱含量过高、脱碳溶液变黑以及杂质沉淀物较多、液泛、V2 O5消耗量过大、串脱碳等问题，提出了相应的整改措施。%Author has analyzed the problems that the total alkali content was too high in the scrubbing section of regeneration tower existing in decar-burization system, decarburization solution being black and more matter of impurity deposited , flooding, too much V2 O5 consume, colluding of decarburi-zation etc., appropriate improvement measure was supposed.
