PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tender system question answering server and a tender system question answering method for deciding the answerer of a question by a tender system, and for evaluating the answerer in a help disk system for answering a question from a customer.;SOLUTION: This tender system question answering server 100 is provided with a question difficulty calculating part 15b for calculating question difficulty, a first evaluation point calculating part 15c for calculating a first evaluation point to be presented in making an answerer terminal bid, an answerer storing part 16b for storing information including the technology field-categorized processing capability of an answerer and the current question receiving state of the answerer, a bid processing part 15e for accepting the bid during a predetermined time, a second evaluation point calculating part 15j for calculating a second evaluation point on the basis of the first evaluation point and the bid time evaluation point and a third evaluation point calculating part 15l for calculating the third evaluation point on the basis of the second evaluation point and the answering time evaluation point, and for storing the calculated third evaluation point in a respondent storing part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
