煤化工废水除油技术探讨

摘要

介绍了煤化工废水中油的5种存在状态和煤气化废水、焦化废水、兰炭生产废水等3种煤化工含油废水,探讨了静置沉降法、气浮法、过滤法、粗粒化法、化学破乳法、吸附法等在煤化工含油废水中应用的可行性,总结了在技术和经济上具有优势的除油技术.%Five states of the existence of oil in coal chemical wastewater and three kinds of oily wastewater—coal gasification wastewater, coking wastewater and semi-coking production wastewater are introduced in this paper .This paper discusses the application feasibility of settling method , air flotation meth-od, filtration method, coalescence method, chemical demulsification method and adsorption method in coal chemical oily wastewater and concluded the oil removal technologies with technical and economic advantages.
