摘要

The simulation and calculation of ASU for Coal to Ammonia plant with Shell Gasification process is carried out based on the air boost method and nitrogen boost method.By comparing energy consumption,operation reliability and oxygen extraction rate of different processes,the various proposals are given according to the specific circumstances of projects.%对Shell煤气化煤制合成氨工厂配置的空分装置分别采用空气增压制冷流程和氮气增压制冷流程进行了模拟计算,通过对比不同空分流程配置的能耗、运行可靠性、氧提取率,根据项目具体情况作了不同的方案推荐.
