椭圆底封头异形挡板搅拌釜的混合性能分析

         

摘要

在椭圆底搅拌釜底部分别加装十字形挡板和对数螺线形挡板时,对其混合性能进行实验研究,并对两种挡板的混合性能进行对比分析.研究结果表明:同组参数、相同的操作条件下,转速越高,搅拌均匀所需要的混合时间越短.在同组参数、相同的操作条件下,搅拌均匀时,与十字形挡板相比,加装对数螺线形挡板所需要的混合时间较短;在同种转速下,与十字形挡板相比,加装对数螺线形挡板所消耗的搅拌功率更小;在同样的操作条件下,与十字形挡板相比,在加装对数螺线形挡板时,搅拌釜的混合性能更好.%As for installing the cross baffle and logarithmic spiral baffle respectively on bottom of the stirred tank with elliptic bottom, the experimental research on the stirred tank' s mixing performance was implemented and the mixing properties of the two kinds of baffles were compared.The results show that, under the same op-erating conditions, the higher rotational speed demands the shorter mixing time;in addition, under the same group of parameters and the same operating conditions as well as stirring evenly, as compared to the mixing time required to install a cross baffle, the mixing time required to install a logarithmic spiral baffle is shorter;and at the same speed, the mixing power of the logarithmic spiral baffle is less than that of the cross baffle;under the same operating conditions, the mixing performance of the stirred tank with the bottom logarithmic spiral is better than that of the stirred tank with cross baffle.
