基于二甲基亚砜生产装置中氧化工段的设计研究

     

摘要

二甲基亚砜是一种含硫化合物,由于其具有高极性、高沸点、热稳定性好、能溶于绝大多数有机物,属于优良的药物和溶剂,被广泛应用于医疗、化工以及制造行业,近年来作为锂空气电池有机电解液中的添加剂使用,其应用范围将不断扩大,发展前景良好.但是,二甲基亚砜生产过程中存在较多的危险因素,生产过程中爆炸及群死群伤事故时有发生,设计阶段多角度的分析和优化将极大降低装置运行事故的发生概率.因此,对二甲基亚砜生产装置的技术优化升级,从设计阶段更多的考虑工艺优化、既能提高生产效率、又能增加工艺的连续稳定性、安全性,变得迫切和有意义.主要在设计阶段从工艺的角度分析二甲基亚砜生产装置中氧化工段的设计思路和工艺过程,在提高生产效率的同时,强化工程设计的安全性,控制工艺危险因素,提高工艺安全性.%Dimethyl sulfoxide is a sulfur-containing compound.It is widely used in medical treatment because of its high polarity, high boiling point,good thermal stability,and solubility in most organic substances.It is an excellent drug and solvent.The chemical industry and the manufacturing industry have been used as additives in the organic electrolyte of lithium air batteries in recent years, and their application range will continue to expand and the development prospects are good.However,there are many risk factors in the production process of dimethyl sulfoxide,and explosions and group deaths occur in the production process.Multi-angle analysis and optimization in the design stage will greatly reduce the probability of equipment operation accidents.Therefore,the optimization and upgrading of the technology of the dimethyl sulfoxide production device becomes more urgent and meaningful from the design stage to more consideration of process optimization,that is,to improve production efficiency,and to increase the continuous stability and safety of the process.This paper mainly analyzes the design ideas and process of the oxidation section in the dimethyl sulfoxide production unit from the process point of view in the design stage.While improving the production efficiency,it strengthens the safety of engineering design,controls the process risk factors,and improves the process safety.
