变换炉卸料口接管焊缝裂纹产生的原因及处理

After the CO shift reactor operating for some time ,the penetrating cracks appear on the welded joint between the discharge port and the furnace body . Analyze the causes ,and take a series of measures of pretreatment process ,the leakage is controlled effectively . Eventually ,the device defect is eliminated after revamping in the maintenance .%针对变换炉运行一段时间后卸料口接管与变换炉本体焊接处出现的贯穿性裂纹，分析其原因，并在运行过程中采取了一系列预处理措施，有效控制了泄漏；在检修时制定了改造措施，最终消除了这一设备缺陷。
