合成氨系统降低锅炉燃料煤耗的技术探讨

         

摘要

针对燃料煤消耗较高及锅炉运行周期较短的问题展开探讨,采取多种措施实现粉煤热值由21439kJ(5122大卡)上升至22076kJ(5274大卡);吨煤产汽从6.5t提升到8t蒸汽;炉渣平均残碳率从3%下降到1.3%,并且成功的使锅炉的连续运转周期从原来不到1月提高到3个月以上,最高时达到连续运行6个多月。%Aiming at the coal fuel consumption is high,and the boiler's running period shorter launches the discussion,adopt a variety of measures to achieve the calorific value of coal powder by 21 439 kJ (5 122 kcal)rose to 22 076 kJ (5 274 kcal);tons of coal production of steam from 6.5 t up to 8 t steam;slag,the average residual carbon rate declined from 3% to 1.3%,and the success of the boiler continuous operation period from the original less than 1 month increased to more than 3 months,the highest reached more than six months of continuous operation.
