仪表空压机运行过程中存在的问题及解决方案

摘要

介绍了ZR400型仪表空压机的一些技术参数及工艺流程,例举了其使用过程中出现的故障问题,并对故障原因进行分析.对所采用解决方案进行简单介绍,以期能够为采取同型号空压机的单位提供一些技术参考.%Some technical parameters and process flow of the ZR400 instrument air compressor were introduced.The problems occurred during its use were illustrated and the cause of the problems was analyzed. A brief introduction to the solutions used may provide some technical references for other plants that owned the same type of air compressor.
