The present invention relates to an air compressor operation control apparatus having four-season constant drive electric power and an operation control method for same. The present invention includes an intake filter box that is disposed in front of an air compressor; an intake filter that is disposed in the intake filter box and filters various impurities particles contained in external air which is supplied to the air compressor; an evaporation-type humidifier that is disposed at an external air inlet of the intake filter box and cools the external air which is moved into the intake filter box by a latent heat cooling method; a cold water coil heat exchanger that is disposed behind the evaporation-type humidifier and cools the external air which is moved into the intake filter box by a sensible heat cooling method; and a controller that controls operations of the evaporation-type humidifier and the cold water coil heat exchanger. According to the present invention, the drive electric power of the air compressor can be maintained at a predetermined level all the time, thus the drive electric power of the air compressor can be saved and a stable operation can be ensured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
