采用分级筛选技术,从粉煤灰里分选出低密度、低成本的粉煤灰空心微珠,并与玻璃纤维、聚醚醚铜通过熔融挤出共混制得聚醚醚酮/空心微珠/玻纤复合材料.讨论了空心微珠、玻纤在聚醚醚酮基体中的分散与混杂增强机理及聚醚醚酮熔融复合工艺,并探讨复合材料的热性能、力学性能、结晶性能、流变性能及复合材料的应用.结果表明,粉煤灰空心微珠与玻璃纤维能起到明显的增强作用.%Using fractional screening technology,low-density,low-cost fly ash hollow microspheres were selected from fly ash, and were blended with glass fiber and polyether ether copper to obtain polyetheretherketone/Hollow microspheres/glass fiber composites. The mechanism of dispersion and hybrid reinforcement of hollow microspheres and glass fiber in polyetheretherketone matrix and the process of fusion melting of polyetheretherketone were discussed.The thermal properties,mechanical properties,crystallization properties,rheological properties and composite materials of the composites were discussed.Applications.The results show that fly ash hollow microspheres and glass fiber can play a significant role in enhancing.
