新型高分子聚合物调剖剂合成方法研究

         

摘要

According to the actual production,the new type of polymer profile control agent with the characteristics of elasticity and temperature-change adhesion is prepared by suspension polymerization.The physical properties of particle size,elasticity and compressive strength can be controlled by reaction time,temperature and monomer ratio characteristic.After the profile control agent particles are injected into the bottom layer,blocking occurs due to the formation temperature and blocking the pore channels of the middle and high permeable layers,thereby achieving the goal of plugging the target formation and improving water injection efficiency.%依据生产实际,运用悬浮聚合方式合成具有弹性、温变粘连特点的新型高分子聚合物调剖剂颗粒,可通过反应时间、温度、单体比例控制颗粒大小,弹性和抗压强度等物理特性.在调剖剂颗粒注入底层后,由于地层温度产生粘连,并封堵中高渗透层孔隙通道,从而达到封堵目标地层,提高注水效率的目的.
