Polymeric compound comprising at least ten amine structural elements in the backbone of the polymer, is new. Polymeric compound (A) comprising at least 10 amine structural elements of formula (-CO-NH-O-), (-CO-O-NH-) or (-O-CO-NH-O-) in the backbone of the polymer, is new. An independent claim is included for preparing (A).
