油井出砂影响因素及防砂技术研究

摘要

Sand production in oil wells is one of the most important problems in the development of oilfields.Sand production of oil wells not only affects the efficiency of crude oil extraction,but also may lead to the decrease of oil production.In view of the serious current situation of oil well sanding in China,this paper briefly introduces the concept and harm of oil sands sanding.At the same time,it analyzes the main influencing factors of oil sands sanding,and puts forward effective measures to prevent sands in the hope of providing suggestions for oil well exploitation in China.The results show that although sand production in our country is rather serious, as long as the sand control measures are taken in a targeted manner,it is possible to reduce the amount of sand produced in the oil well and improve the production efficiency of the oil well.%油井出砂是目前油田开发中面临的重要问题之一,油井出砂不仅会影响原油的开采效率,而且可能会导致油田减产情况的发生.针对目前我国油井出砂严重的现状,对油井出砂的概念和危害作简要介绍,同时分析油井出砂的主要影响因素,由此提出防砂的有效措施,希望为我国油井的开采提供建议.研究表明:尽管我国油井出砂较为严重,但只要有针对性地采取必要的防砂措施,完全可以减少油井的出砂量,从而提高油井的生产效率.
