乙烯环氧化反应器操作参数敏感性分析

         

摘要

采用乙烯环氧化制取环氧乙烷单管一维数学模型计算和实验,研究乙烯环氧化反应操作参数如原料入口温度、冷却介质温度、总传热系数、空速以及入口乙烯、氧和二氧化碳体积分数对列管式反应器轴向热点温度分布和转化率、选择性的影响.结果表明:冷却介质温度、空速以及总传热系数对反应器热点温度有较大影响.在原料入口温度120-210℃、乙烯体积分数15% -30%、氧体积分数5%-8%以及二氧化碳体积分数2% -8%的条件下,对反应器的热点温度影响相对要小.较低的冷却介质温度和大于2 500 h-1的空速可防止反应器温度失控.研究结果可为反应器的设计及过程控制提供理论依据.%The effects of ethylene epoxidation operating parameters such as feeding temperature, cooling medium temperature, total heat exchange coefficient, space velocity, feeding volume fractions of ethylene, oxygen and carbon dioxide on the temperature profile, conversion and selectivity in fixed bed for ethylene oxidation ( EO) reaction were analyzed by using one dimensional pseudo homogeneous reactor model and experimental test. The results show that the reaction temperature is sensitive to the cooling medium temperature, space velocity and reactor heat transfer coefficient, but feeding temperature and feeding volume fractions are not the main factors to the stability of reactor when they are 120-210℃ , ethylene 15%-30% , O2 5%-8% and CO2 2%-8% , respectively. Lower cooling medium temperature and space velocity more than 2 500 h-1 are expected for the stability of the reactor. The results are useful for the reactor design and practical operation.
