温度对A2O工艺脱氮速率及胞外聚合物影响

         

摘要

为了提高脱氮效率,采用连续流 A2 O 工艺对模拟生活污水进行了长期连续实验,考察了不同温度下进水有机负荷对 A2 O 工艺脱氮速率与胞外聚合物 EPS 的影响。结果表明:当温度为(10±2)℃,进水有机负荷 COD(以MLSS 计)为0.15 g/(g·d)时,TN 去除速率(以 MLVSS 计)为1.58 mg/(g·h),COD 去除速率为19.3 mg/(g·h), EPS 质量浓度为492 mg/L;当温度为(17±2)℃,进水有机负荷为0.15 g/(g·d)时,TN 去除速率为1.82 mg/(g· h),COD 去除速率为22.5 mg/(g·h),EPS 为456.6 mg/L;当温度为(22±2)℃,进水有机负荷为0.15 g/(g·d)时,TN 去除速率为2.02 mg/(g·h),COD 去除速率为23.5 mg/(g·h),EPS 为397.2 mg/L;当温度为(30±2)℃,进水有机负荷为0.15 g/(g·d)时,TN 去除速率为2.22 mg/(g·h),COD 去除速率为25.5 mg/(g·h),EPS 为413.5 mg/L。随着温度的升高,TN 与 COD 去除速率逐渐上升,EPS 质量浓度先降低后升高。%A long-term continuous experiment was carried out using A2 O process in order to improve the biological denitrification efficiency of simulated wastewater.The effect of influent organic loading on the denitrification rate and extracellular polymeric substances (EPS)was investigated at different temperatures.The results show that when the influent organic loading COD (as MLSS)is 0.15 g/(g·d)at(10 ±2)℃,the removal rates of total nitrogen and COD (as MLVSS)are 1.58 mg/(g·h)and 19.3 mg/(g·h),respectively,and EPS mass concentration is 492 mg/L;when the influent loading COD is 0.15 g/(g·d)at (17 ±2)℃,the removal rates of total nitrogen and COD are 1.82 mg/(g·h)and 22.5 mg/(g·h),respectively,and EPS mass concentration is 456.6 mg/L;when the influent loading COD is 0.15 g/(g·d)at (22 ±2)℃,the removal rates of total nitrogen and COD are 2.02 mg/(g·h)and 23.5 mg/(g·h),respectively,and EPS mass concentration is 397.2 mg/L;when the influent loading COD is 0.15 g /(g·d)at (30 ±2)℃,the removal rates of total nitrogen and COD are 2.22 mg/(g·h)and 25.5 mg/(g·h),respectively,and EPS mass concentration is 413.5 mg/L.With the increase of temperature,the removal rate of total nitrogen and COD is raised gradually,and the mass concentration of EPS is decreased initially and then raised.
