To research the influence of supplementary carbon condition to the structure of coke oven gas methanation process,the main methanation process without recycle gas was systematically introduced at present,and the Aspen Plus software was carried out to simulate and analyze.The results show that the corresponding reaction series gradually increase with the increase of filling carbon,in the same series condition,series-parallel process can reduce steam consumption,effectively share the reaction load,but it is more sensitive to the change of filling carbon conditions.With the increase of filling carbon and process optimization,H2 in coke oven gas can be continuously further utilized.%为探讨补碳条件对焦炉煤气无循环甲烷化工艺流程结构的影响,系统梳理了不同的无循环工艺,利用AspenPlus软件进行补碳条件下不同无循环工艺的模拟及分析.由结果可知:随补碳量逐步增大,无循环工艺的反应级数相应逐步增加;同等条件下,串并联工艺较串联工艺可降低蒸汽消耗,有效分担反应负荷,但对补碳条件的变化较为敏感.随着补碳量的增加及无循环工艺流程的不断优化,焦炉煤气中的H2资源不断得到进一步利用.
